The service
MIA South Beach provides pre-booked private ground transportation in South Florida, with a focus on transfers between Miami International Airport (MIA) and Miami Beach. The service is operated by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA (“we”, “us”), as part of the TwelveTransfers network. By making a booking through miasouthbeach.com or by phone, you accept these terms.
Quotes and payment
Fares are quoted before you confirm and are fixed for the trip as booked. The quote includes tolls, airport parking fees, fuel, standard waiting time and the services described at booking. Changes to the trip - additional stops, a different vehicle class, waiting beyond the free allowance - may change the price, and we will tell you how before applying anything. Payment is processed at or after confirmation through our payment provider.
Airport pickups and waiting time
Airport pickups include 30 minutes of free waiting after the flight’s actual arrival, extended to 60 minutes for international arrivals. We track the flight number you provide, and your pickup time adjusts automatically to the actual landing. For non-airport pickups, 15 minutes of waiting is included. Waiting beyond the free allowance is billed at the rate shown during booking.
Cancellations and changes
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund. For cancellations inside 24 hours, contact us as early as possible - where we can reasonably rebook the vehicle, we will refund or credit at our discretion, and verified airline cancellations are treated generously. Date, time and address changes are free when we can accommodate them.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, flight numbers and passenger counts, for the conduct of your party during the ride, and for any damage beyond normal use caused to the vehicle. Child seats are available on request and must be requested at booking. Florida law and our insurance limit passengers to the seating capacity of the vehicle - drivers cannot take extra riders, however persuasive the group.
Our responsibilities and limits
We will perform the transportation with professional, licensed and insured drivers, and we stand behind punctuality tied to the information you gave us. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control - extreme weather, road closures, accidents or airport disruptions - though we will always work the problem rather than abandon it. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where the law does not permit such a limit.
Lost property
Check the vehicle before leaving it. If something stays behind, contact us at bookings@miasouthbeach.com or (561) 209-5466 - drivers log found items and we arrange returns, with shipping at the owner’s cost.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
